45' + 24' = 69' + hitch length = you're way over max length in almost every state. Most likely no one will notice. FYI, 65' is max length in most states.

I tow a small car, but due to my motorcycle lift, I'm at 67'.
You would have to do something stupid to draw attention to yourself, for L.E to care you are over length!

For years, I was 73' with an enclosed trailer and my son is still over 75' long with his Newell and 26' enclosed trailer. Never had a problem west of the Mississippi except in CA, but a $16 motorsports permit gets you legal there.

Hi Butch,
To your original question about stacker brands.

A good friend just bought an Intech brand gooseneck stacker. It’s really nice and he is very pleased with the trailer and design process.

I have friends who own ATC brand trailers (not stackers, though) and all have been happy with their trailers. I’m sure ATC makes a good stacker as well.

Interestingly both firms are located in Napannee, so maybe you can visit each when visiting Newmar.

I have a small open stacker that I carry my Jeep on the bottom and a small boat on top.

I am also in the process of setting up a new Tacoma truck to carry the small boat/small trailer on top of truck.

My Reason is this, after 4 years dealing with a heavy trailer to move around, such as disconnect at the RV park, remove Jeep, park the RV, go get the Jeep backup to the trailer than move the trailer and unhook, than do it all over again to leave, I grew tired of this and became harder as time went on..

Just something to think about..
