Steering Locked or Not

I have a 2015 Kia Soul, (automatic) four down towing is not an option and my wife loves that car. The steering locks on it, do I need a specific dolly type, Eze-Tow, Roadmaster...? I also have A 2015 Wrangler I want to flat tow to Moab, Sedona, etc. It has an aftermarket, off-road bumper with 7/8" recovery points for D-Rings. Any suggestions, guidance regarding tow solutions for each? I will probably want to go with a cable type brake system for the Jeep as it is set up once and is a fraction of the cost of other braking systems. Thanks in advance for your help.

The Wrangler is by far the easiest to flat tow. Just put the transfer case in neutral and the transmission back in park or gear. The steering does not lock on that year model Jeep, so you don't have to leave the key in the ignition. Be very cautious about using the D ring recovery tabs to tow. A lot of the aftermarket bumpers just have the tabs welded to 3/16" steel with no direct connection to the frame. There have been reported incidents of the tabs breaking out of the bumper from the constant flex of towing. You will just have to evaluate the strength of the bumper, some will support towing but a lot will not.
