Another question I have is how important are the vehicle brakes behind a DP with air brakes?
Should I be concerned with the quality of the brake system or just purchase what I need to satisfy the requirements

We have RVI3 and never had it come on with just engine brake. Need a bit more aggressive braking.
I like the RVI3, it's compact, easy & quick to install. The only thing I don't like is the humongous display that comes with it. Half that size would have sufficed.
The importance of toad vehicle brakes is as important as the brakes on any vehicle. It does not matter if it is behind a DP being towed or if you drive it with your family.
