On my Invisibrake system, the red LED on my dash tells me that the brakes are applied. It infers nothing about whether the brake lights came on or not. The signal comes from the brake pedal position.
Coincidentally, my Wrangler is one of those where the stock brake lights came on whether the key was in place or not. A friend following me advised that the stock brake lights were 'washing out' the turn signals on my separately added lamps that are wired to the bus. I installed a relay to prevent the stock brake lights from working unless the key is in and on. While towing, only the added lamps are working. While driving, the stock brake lights are working.
It appears I had to do some work to get to the function that you presently have, i.e. all good in the brake light department unless my toad breaks away. In that case, "Toad's Wild Ride" will not feature brake lights....

Looking through the Invisibrake instructions, one is not required. However, for the Evenbrake, one IS required.

If there is a relay, no brake lights when system is off. This is so the turn signal will still flash when the brakes are engaged.

It should be right under your dash.

No additional relay was installed, the invisabrake instructions have the Coach monitor wired to cold side of the brake switch, in theory when the pedal is depressed the cold side becomes hot and lights up the monitor and the brake lights. I think I am going to wire the monitor to a brake switch ground and then hot in the coach so I at least have an indication the brakes are working.
Thank you for the input.

That's how my LED is wired, hot connection in bus under dash. Sounds like a good thing to do on yours.

You can use the brake controller socket 12 volt feed in the coach.

On my Enclave I use the TOAD brake controller socket 12 volt signal line and feed it up to the LED and then to ground. Easier than messing with the brake switch.

I have found the solution, Toad DOES have a hot wire coming off the brake light switch when the brakes are applied with the key off. The led in the RV is now hooked up, tells me when the invizabrake is actuating the brakes and all is good. Getting ready to head north to find cooler weather.

Congratulations on getting everything resolved. You mentioned shutting down a thread, not sure if you can. If someone adds a reply a few years from now it will come back like a zombie....
