Toad TPMS monitoring vamia OBD-II

I have looked and cannot find anything that that would work work like this. If a toad vehicle has TPMS and an OBD port shouldn't it be possible for a simple device to connect to the port and transmit a signal to the towing vehicle for real time toad tire pressure monitoring without having to add additional, external sensors? Has anybody seen anything like this?

Except each vehicle manufacturer uses different coding profiles for transmitting data to places like the OBDII port on their vehicles. That information is highly proprietary per manufacturer and not to be shared.

Also the OBD-II port on most cars is powered off when the key is off

IIRC, tire pressure is not part of OBD II so the data would have to be pulled off another data bus.

It may not be part of the OBD-II specs, but it is generally accessible with the OBD-II connector with brand specific diagnostic tools.
