Toad Wobble

I know this is covered a million times I just want a concise list of resolutions.

I have a 2015 4 cylinder AWD Equinox ( yes it is flat towable) with the electric power steering. I am currently pulling the 5 amp fuse (32) in the cabin and up until yesterday have experience no problems. I have a BlueOx towbar and base plate and the attachment angle is level. Twice on the way home yesterday as I pulled out onto the road I felt it begin. I had to stop in the road, back up a few inches till I felt the wheels straighten out, then I could proceed with no further wobble. I don't have any idea what was different today than other days because I have traveled this exact same route before. I am aware that the update specifies now pulling fuse 16 which is located under the hood but that is so much more trouble I don't want to do it if it isn't actually going to stop it. So the poll is to see real world solutions. I am intentionally not including "never had an issue" because that doesn't really help me

If you have other wobble suggestions feel free to post them.

I have a friend with a 4cyl Equinox that wobbled quite a few times I gave him a copy of the pull fuse 16 and he already had a charging system. He has not had the wooble since. Your Poll should include just fuse 16 (plus charging?)

(Note. my Equinox is a V6)

Equinox Wobble

SPDRCR,

We have a 2015 Equinox 4 Cylinder. We started towing with fuse 32 turned off. We had a switch installed for this. No issues.

A friend (from iRV2.com) sent me a PM r/e a note in FMCA magazine r/e GM stating it needed to be Fuse 16 instead. I will get a copy of that if you want. Started doing both fuses and still no issues.

Saw this in MotorHome magazine that we just got on page 57. If you cannot read this, get a copy of the magazine and it will give you the info.

Here is the article about fuse 16 and what to do. Hope it helps. Lynne
