Unless something BIG has changed, your newer 2018 CRV has a CVT transmission and CANNOT BE FLAT TOWED. If you read your owner’s manual CAREFULLY, there should be a section in there saying this vehicle is NOT towable with all 4 wheels on the ground (flat towing) If you only have the FWD version of CRV, you could dolly tow it.
