Hard to say what is best, but if I were to get one it would probably be the new etrailer XHD which is their slightly modified house brand version of the Demco Excalibar (made for them by Demco) and is rated at 10,500 pounds. Great bang for the buck, available with a couple of different coupler fittings depending on the brand of your base plate.

There are a number of good quality towbar brands on the market. You will need todo your homework to find the one best suited for your needs.

We have the demco commander 2, I like that the safety cables are held up so they can't drag and 1 arm has a rod to hold up coiled umbilical cord.
