Tow Bar Problem

I have the Gold version of the BlueOx tow package and one of my tow bars has locked in place in the extended position. I can’t get it to retract and the release handle only goes halfway. Any repair solutions?

Spray lube everything that moves. If the handle unlocks and the shaft still does not retract tap it with a hammer.

Recommend you call Blue Ox - their techs have been very helpful ... I don't recall if there's a FAQ section or troubleshooting on their website, but see link for phone # ...
