Tow car front tire blowout and how much damage could it cause to your tow car?

Towing a 2002 Jeep Liberty 4x4 behind 2003 Alpine Coach, when I felt a tug I look in the camera and side mirror and notice the smoke so I pull over and see that the right front tire shredded and the rim was damage due to not being able to pull over as soon as I wanted to. The front light hanging wires plus the side wheel well gone. In short, insurance sends the garage a check and they fix it they said. I go to pick it up and tell them something is wrong with the brakes due to the burning smell. 30 days now and the insurance company said the garage said that a tire blow would not cause this problem. I have no car that I can drive due to the garage stating they have no idea what is wrong with the brakes after putting new ones on plus calibers rotors etc, and the brakes get so hot you cant even touch them. Anyone had this problem? I am without a tow car and stuck here in Arizona. I just had the tire rotated at Costco a month ago, nitrogen with 33 psi and all 4 tires under warranty still.

A belated ; Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry your first post is about problems.

Has the front brake flex hose been replaced, or was that part of the " etc. " you listed. ??
Are both front brakes hot , or just the one side?
Possible that the flying tire debris , damaged the flex hose; or the steel brake tube; and is holding fluid pressure in the caliper, overheating that brake.
