Tow dolly

I am going to buy a class c and I will buy a tow dolly for my car. The car isn't flat towable. I saw some Dolly's that are foldable and others that can be stored upright to save garage space. Has anybody had any experience with these?

Is your car dolly tow-able? Ours (2021 Buick Enclave) says it is but.... all the manufacturers we've contacted say they don't make one wide enough for our car. It's 80 inches wide fender to fender. We're still looking but so far no luck. Good luck with your search.

I started out with a "Car Tow Dolly" with the itty bitty wheels and removable ramps. A real PITA. and it left skid marks all over the gas station driveways we had to make sharp turns in.
Sold that and picked up a "Master Tow Dolly" with 15" wheels, a swiveling deck and attached ramps. Easy to load / unload, tows like a dream and has the same tires as our '02 Grand Caravan. Ours is a first generation and does not have brakes, as I understand they now do. Four trips to Florida and no issues though. Wouldn't trade it for the world. Mine.

Here are a couple reviews (one by me) that cover the type of dolly that can be stood up for storage. It has its pros and cons but overall I'm happy with mine.

I use a Demco Kar Kaddy SS. The SS is for space saver; the tongue folds around and the ramps flip up for space saving storage. Folds to about 37", IIRC.

They have all their info on line, of course.
