Tow Dolly and 2015 Accord questions

I am interested in a tow dolly and have found a great price on a
Acme EZE tow.

I have a 2015 Honda Accord and I know this cannot be towed 4 wheels
down.

Can any front wheel drive vehicle be towed on a dolly as long as the
wheels are not locked? The manual says not to tow behind a RV, but I
assume they mean with 4 wheels down.

Thanks,
Russ

We tow our 2004 Mazda6 front wheel drive car on a dolly. Don't see why your Accord would be different.

I would say that just about any front wheel drive car can be dolly towed.

Only the Acme brand requires the wheels be " not locked ".

Does the Honda's steering lock when the ignition is off? If it does, you might want to consider an alternate type of dolly. Our Cherokee has a locked steering wheel when the ignition is off so we went with a Master Tow dolly with rotating pan. We didn't want to have to leave the car in the accessory position when towing. I don't know of any front wheel drive car that can't be towed with a dolly.

The steering doesn't lock, so I should be good.

On your Cherokee, Did you have to leave the key in accessory, or just
leave the key in the ignition? Many vehicles will stay unlocked if you do not
remove the key.
