Anyone have any info on a "Tow-Me 5000" tow bar?
Found it a garage sale ( not alot of $ invested!) Cast Aluminum with sliding "legs",seems well made ...no documentation. Label says "P & E Enterprises".

Thanks,

Roger

Never heard of it, Roger, but I got a few "for sale" ad hits when I googled it. Couldn't find any details, though. What type is it? An A-frame ball hitch type? Motorhome mounted? Car mounted?

Gary

I should have included more info ( maybe I'll try a photo ...oh wow!) It is MH mounted, similar in concept to the Roadmaster Falcon 2 that I have now ( telescoping arms, etc). But as said it is made of aluminum with the legs about 3" in diameter. The base plate adapter parts are in fact Roadmaster just like the ones I use with mine. I just wanted to make sure there weren't some horror stories out there about these things before I give it to a friend that could use it ... esp at this attractive price !

Thanks

Rog

I have lived by the saying, "you get what you paid for." Looks are one thing, performance is another. The hitch can go through tremendous strain when you are out there on the road bouncing on pot holes and dips in the road. I have always purchased the best quality I can afford and I have never be sorry.

Good luck!
