TOW v TOAD CONFUSION HELP

I am hoping to be able to tow my 2021 F150 behind our 2008 Discovery.
F150 shipping weight from factory was 4852 lbs, add full tank of fuel ( 216 ) tonneau cover (110 ) and misc stuff say 500 lbs would put it around 5,700 lbs round numbers.
Here is where I'm hoping to clear up some confusion:
Per the placard affixed by Fleetwood the GVW is 31,000 lbs
Adding the trailer towed weight of 5,000 lbs would be a combined 36,000 lbs.
However the listed Gross Combined Weight listed is 41,000 lbs so w/o a trailer I read this as being able to dinghy tow up to 10,000 lbs which the hitch has a specific spec for.
Attached PDF shows both spec labels.
Any and all thoughts would be most appreciated!

If you are going to tow 4 down, the hitch is good to tow 10k lbs.
If you are going to Trailer it, the hitch is good for 500 lbs on the tongue and 5k towing.

4 down is the goal - hitch no worries - looking for consensus on gross combined weight with 4 down towing the F150 behind the MH.

The GCWR is printed at 41,000. Even if you fully load the motor home to 31k, I seriously doubt that your F150 will exceed 10k to bust that GCWR unless you overload the F150s GVWR.

You are correct the labels appear contradicting. The way I interpret this is that you can flat tow (4 down) up to 10,000# but if you put a car or truck on a trailer the combined weight of a trailer and load can only be 5,000#. I think this means the motorhome frame cannot handle anything more than a 500# tongue weight.

This is the first time I've seen a hitch rating that is specific to 4 down towing. This seems to confirm my suspicion that a dingy being towed 4 down stresses a hitch less than a standard trailer (without weight distribution) of the same weight.
