PROS: You'll have something to pull your RV out if it's stuck. You'll have something to pull someone else's RV out if it's stuck.
CONS: With a 6100lb curb weight you're really going to reduce your GCWR capacity/rating of your chassis. Motorhome fuel mileage decrease. Cost of towing system (including braking system) if you decide on 4 down/flat towing.
I tow my truck with a 900 lb quad in the bed and all the other stuff that goes with a dry camping trip. Can take lots of stuff with like water & propane ect.
I figure it's about 7500 lbs or close to it.
Now the downside it's a killer on the hills...45mph on a 6% and the tow setup was expensive. But that's about it as far as drawbacks go. 89 Ford F250 4x4 Diesel reg cab 8 foot box.

Thanks for the opinions, I was pretty sure I'd be too heavy, but wanted to see what others thought, used the dually to pull my 40' fifth wheel, ,which is up for sale, so will have to look for a small toed.
