As long as you keep the added weight of the Jeep down without a lot of add-ons you should be okay. The stock JKUs run approximately 4400-4500lbs so you are approaching the probable limit on your coach. You will definitely need a braking system to assist with stopping and breakaway. I towed a JK 2dr with our Itasca without any problem but it was right at 4,000lbs.

Even with the 4k weight of the Jeep, you'll never see that much weight on your RV. Maybe a few hundred pounds. I've been towing Jeeps for 20 years and my bet is you'll not even notice it back there.

The Ford V10 will pull it just fine, but be careful how much stuff you load into the JKU in regards to cargo. Go get it weighed with all the stuff you want to take with you along with the MH as loaded for travel - all your stuff, fuel/propane/water people. Do not exceed the hitch rating or the GCWR - gross combined weight weighting.

It looks like the Sightseers were built on 22000 lb chassis with a 26000 lb combined vehicle weight rating and. a 5000 lb capacity hitch. You have 4000 lbs you can tow safely if fully loaded.
If you're not loaded to capacity, you should be able to tow the JKU - but at 4500 lbs, you're pretty close.....like noted above: weigh your coach fully loaded so you'll know how much you can tow.
I towed my JLU without issues, but had a 24000 lb chassis with a 30000 lb combined rating. I also only kept about 1/4 tank of fresh water while on the move to keep the weight down and don't boondock.
The engine and transmission are up to the task. Your chassis rating and capacity are worth watching. If you're conservative in what you take, you should be okay.

On the other hand, you WILL notice it back there every time you pull into a gas station. When we towed our smart car (over 40K miles) we averaged 7 mpg with our Workhorse chassis - a few months ago we traded the smartie in on a 2017 JKU. Now we're seeing 5 - 6 mpg in the first 500 miles or so of towing it. The motorhome DEFINITELY knows it's back there!

I wonder why the difference? My 2017 as towed behind the motorhome (full fuel but nobody inside) came in just under 5K on the CAT scale.
