In writing and have the dealership owner sign as a witness.
That won't prevent someone from getting hurt or killed if you can't stop suddenly if you have to.
Find another dealer and get it right the first time.

The point of that is, even if the salesman/person is stupid enough to take it to the owner, it will not be signed unless the owner is also stupid.
