I changed the tires on my 2012 Wrangler with 39,000 towed, 42,000 miles driven. Tread was still good but i wanted off road tires. I rotate my tires every 2,000 miles and have no uneven tread wear. I am sure i will not get that many miles on new tires.

100,000 towed miles on the 2000 Jeep TJ. Still good tread and no uneven wear.
