What is this part called?

What is this hitch part called? Any referrals where to purchase (Amazon?)? This is exactly what I'm looking for to attach my bicycle rack to while towing my toad.

Thank you for any replies.

Wow, thanks much for the fast responses! It appears to be more expensive than I thought ($130+). I can purchase a class 2 chassis hitch (sorry don't know what that's exactly called either) for my toad (HHR) at the same price though having two left thumbs would have to have it installed. As the toad can't really tow anything it would be used just for the bike rack or the cargo carrier. Any opinions on which way to go?

Thanks again for your comments.

Never mind the previous post as I just looked it up on Amazon and found it much cheaper.

Yep.... Take off the "Roadmaster" and it's $35 - $40 on Amazon and you can probably have it tomorrow.

If you have any local stores around you, Iíve found them at Tractor Supply Company (TSC) and the Big R store.

You might notice the Roadmasters have a 10,000 lb capacity, the cheaper ones? Not so much.

Is saving under a $100 worth losing your toad?

I agree regarding safety but a couple of the cheaper brands state the 5K capacity which is my limit anyway.

I've found them at our local Northern Tool as well.
