Which flat tow system is best?
We just bought a used Honda CRV to flat tow behind our 37' motorhome. Which flat tow hitch system is best? Demco? BlueOx?
Other?

After my Blue Ox snapped in half, I replaced it with a ReadyBrute tow bar and brake assembly all in one. Great system with a lifetime warranty and 1/2 the cost when you figure in the brake system. Their customer service is fantastic.

Having pretty good luck with my Roadmaster Falcon II. No plans to change it. Good customer support.

Also the newer CRV are no longer flat towable so make sure you have an older model.

ReadyBrute. Tow bar and brake combo. Works good. Best value.

I now have a Blue Ox Aventa after my Blue Ox Aladdin wore out. If I had to do it again I would buy Roadmaster. I now believe Roadmaster has better service and a better warranty policy. Blue Ox charges $30 at Rallies to service their tow bars, Roadmaster does it for free.

i am using a roadmaster falcon all terrain. it was built with all steel and real strong. easy hookup. some use nsa readybrute elite, assuming a later year model (just a few days ago a member on this board reported a split of the aluminum joint on his readybrute elite, which was an older design), they should be good too. not recommend blue ox.

I'm using a Blue Ox Baseplate with their Aventa Tow Bar...I have several friends with the same equipment...all are operating flawlessly. I have nothing bad to say about the competition.

I highly recommend the NSA Products ReadyBrute Elite towbars with built-in ReadyBrake! I also use their breakaway system!

Roadmaster looks like one of the best, get the highest capacity one you can get. Plus your also going to need a brake like the BluOx Patriot. See Towing Laws | BrakeBuddy - Braking systems for motorhomes towing a vehicle

Roadmaster wrote the book on towing.
RVI2 is the next generation of braking systems from the guy who invented it.
2016 Coachmen Mirada 35 BH
2015 Jeep Roadmaster AT. tow bar with RVI2 supplemental.
