Wiring lights on towed

I have installed tow bars on 3 of my own cars. I started out with magnetic lights (Mickey Mouse Ears) on 1st Jeep then found Hopkins made a easy plug and play wiring kit. The kit made hook up / unhook up so much faster and cleaner. The Chevy Equinox got the Hopkins on day one. Just replaced the Equinox with a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. I ordered the kit but the plugs didn't match.

I researched eveything on the market and found nobody made a easy plugin kit. I called Hopkins and told them about the plugs not working. They ask for pictures of the car's light plugs. 10 days later they sent me a kit made with the right plug configuration. My thanks to Mike Mossman from Hopkins who went the extra mile.

For anyone who is still dealing with the mickey mouse ears, these kits are so easy to DYI install per You Tube.

Always good to hear about a company that stands behind its products!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Sounds like they just got their "wires crossed" and made it right. It is awesome they fix issue so fast. Glad it was not some unobtainable plugs. GM is good for using/doing certain things for a good bit of time they might not have gotten info on change.
