Wrangler JL and Airforce One Brake system

I recently had my Airforce One Brake controller professionally moved from my 2018 Wrangler JK to my new 2020 Wrangler JL (Diesel). Everything went fine, the installer did an excellent transfer of the Airforce one as well as installed a new Blue OX base plate on the new Jeep. Towed fine on my first 250 mile trip. When I was driving the Jeep however, three times now I have received brake pedal vibration (feels like anti lock brake activation) at slow speeds, and the dash BRAKE light illuminates for a few seconds. I also received an email from my Wrangler online monitor page that my Jeep experienced a brake malfunction. The Jeep is brand new, less then 500 miles. I have not experienced the issue before the Blue Ox was installed. I know if I take the Jeep to the dealer they are going to immediately blame the issue on the Airforce One, I just know that will be the first thing they say. Anyone have a similar issue with a Wrangler JL? suggestions?

On my 17 I have narrowed it down to a bad wheel sensor. On occasion, the anti skid light will come on and not go off until I restart. And yes, they blamed the airforce on vacuum line.
