1981 Dodge f40 chassis????

Hey everyone, I just bought a 1981 Tioga motor home. The motorhome has whopping 33k on it.

The problem I'm having is sourcing parts specifically a master brake cylinder. The plate inside the drivers side door pillar states it as being a Dodge F40. The badge on the side of the vehicle states Tioga Fleetwood .I've read on it but I'm confused. guys say to cross reference with an MB400, MB300, or B300. But in1981 the van was a b350?

I'm totally confused here and need to order the right part.

What vehicle do you use to source parts from?

Welcome to iRV2 .

I was working at a Dodge dealership in 81 and due to BIG financial issues the factory was doing some strange things . Don't get me started on the Class A chassis issues.

I believe that the MB300 would be correct for the F40 , but I'll have to see if I can confirm .
Do you have any info from the tags that gives axle weight ratings ?

EDIT: Didn't find exactly what I was after , but info from this site could be helpful .
Master cylinder location is the same , the difference would be the " bore " diameter of the cylinder . You may have to pull the cylinder and measure.
