2003 Chevy 3500 OBD port not working?

I went to O'Reilly's to read and clear an SES code and they said the OBD port didn't have power. It worked a few weeks ago. Even went to a different store and no power on their reader either.

Does anyone know what circuit it is on? I briefly checked the fuse bank but didn't see one for OBD. Dash lights and accessories work.

I had just relocated the 12volt sockets for the console/cowl and they work fine.

Thanks, Ted

Here are about 97K google hits:

It is on the cig lighter fuse, not the accessory ports. I think it is a 15 Amp fuse, #41 under the fuse. You may have popped it while moving the accessory port.

Thanks. I was looking at the fuses in the drivers side kick panel. I forgot about the fuse box under the engine compartment. Is that where it is?

It was in the fuse panel by the drivers floor. Yep it was opened. Good to go now.
