2007 Jayco 34SS Seneca

Newbie looking for first MH.
Found a 2007 Jayco 34SS Seneca with the 6.6 Duramax. I have posted a question about the engine in the Duramax forum.
So I am wondering about the coach itself, good, bad, ugly?
The floor plan looks good, the coach appears to be in good shape (@27,500 miles).
Just worried about buying a 2007 and the price is @the same for a 2015 30' V-10 gasser Class C. Which I know is not an apple/apple comparison but being a newbie getting a bit confused, spending $70-$85K....so much to consider.
With that said I have found a wealth of info on this site, thanks!
So any input on the Seneca appreciated.
