2015 Prism 24g brake light

2015 prism 24g, the right brake light will come on by itself and will not shut off until coach battery unhooked and engine is shut off. Any suggestions on possible cause and how to fix.

If MB chassis, search for rear lighting problems.

I thought so. Couple years ago, it was very common, but I thought they fixed it.
