2016 Thor 31W no power to heater/AV fan and water heater will not ignite

We are on our first trip with this motor home and the water heater will not ignite nor will the heater/ax turn on. Everything else in the coach works. It's connected to 30 amp service. We have checked the fuses and breakers under the bed in the cabin all are ok. Also tried running with generator only and still no heater fan or water heater. Any suggestions?

Do they run on propane or 120Volt ? If propane, is your valve open on your propane tank ?

Propane. And yes it is open. The propane stove works just fine. It seems as though there is no power to the igniters furnace/AC or fan.

We tried with the house battery switch on and off. Everything worked on just battery as well as with generator the same as 30 amp service, except heater, air, fan and water heater. Called Thor today they said to take it to dealer.

Also tried to flush black water tank using closed system but water from garden hose would not flow into system. Thor service tech said one-way valve was probably installed backward and dealer could easily reverse it.

If when unplugged from shore power you have lights your battery disconnect is working and you should have 12 volt at the furnace and water heater. If no lights when unplugged then the battery disconnect is not working. If the lights are on then there is a deeper problem.

I'd assume the OP has moved on. He had a total of 3 posts, all on this (his) thread, over 3 days in April.
