2019 E450 RV Velvac Power Mirror Adjustment Quit

Have a 2019 E450 Class C w/ Power Mirrors Mfg by Velvac. They started acting up , would work then would stop etc. Figured it was the Mirror Control Switch as everything else such as fuses etc, are fine. Got the new Switch from Velvac Fri & Installed it yesterday and..NOTHING!!
Double checked fuse, its Number 13 w/ 5amp fuse, swapped with new fuse still nothing. Not sure what else to look for. Wiring at the Mirror & Mounting are all good & connections are good.
Is there another place that the power/electrical part could have an issue.
The unit has about 24,000 miles.
I have 12 Class C units & havent seen this type of failure before.
Yes, I run a RV rental fleet & have been in this for a number of years.
Thx for any ideas/ thoughts in this regards. I am thinking I am missing something quite simple..??

Not an expert on this, but I always had trouble with the mirror part coming loose from the arm and the mirror turning on its own leading to adjustments via the motor of the internal mirror. Using loctite helped alleviate that.

If the twist and turn mechanism jammed? Or is the motor still alive or dead?

Just some thoughts hope that helps.

Believe I recently read on (some brand?) the mirror control was related to the CHARGE CIRCUIT that has a DIODE under driver's door threshold plate plastic? Replacing blown diode on them fixed mirror and charge problem.

EDIT/ Correction= Fuses x2 (NOT Diodes, Found it): "*I found 2 hidden fuses under the driver side door step. On our 2017 311FS Class C on E450 chassis. I emailed Jason Johnson at Coachmen to find out what they are for, and here is his response.

They are 5 amp fuses. One is for your heated mirrors and the other one is for the house battery charge while driving down the road… If your house battery is not charging off the alternator while driving this fuse is normally blown….
