Has anyone had septic issues with this RV? Seems like we are having to plunge the toilet every other day. I do NOT leave the black tank valve open, drain as needed. Have tried various tank cleaners. Not sure of exactly where the stoppage is happening, I can only snake it so far................

We have a 2019 Wayfarer TW and don't have any issues, at all. As far as the toilet goes, use lots of water. I always have at least 4 - 6 " of water, in the bowl, at all times. When dumping the tank, I have gotten in the habit of hooking up a separate hose and using the tank spray clean. I just let it run while I'm doing other things then shut it off, close the black and open the gray and dump that one.

Well, I have never had any luck trying to use the black tank rinse system. I have connected a separate water line to it and all it does it does is create a high pressure leak at the hose connection, like there is a valve that is not open.
I guess I do not know how to operate it correctly.

Just a thought as I don't have any experience but, it's probably a clogged sprayhead. I just looked at mine and think it's probably accessed by removing the panel between the sewer bay and the rear wheel. From what I've read, cleaning it is no big deal. Just remove it from the tank and clean it. Facebook has some great Tiffin groups and I know for sure someone will have an answer that includes pictures. There's a Wayfarer group, a couple of technical groups and many more. Good luck. Once you get it fixed you're going to wonder how you did without it.

We have a 2019 QW experienced the same problem. Probably had to use a plunger 4 or 5 times. . Started making sure the bowel was 1/3 to 1/2 full of water when flushing solids. They need a slug of liquid to move them away from the downcomer of the toilet.
Have not used a plunger since adopting this procedure.

We’ve owned a 2019 for about four years and never had an issue with the toilet or black tank. What exactly is the problem? Nothing goes down when it is flushed? I’ve never heard of anyone plunging an RV toilet. There is no gooseneck drain, so I don’t really understand what your expect the plunger to do?

I have no idea what would caused a clogged toilet to have to be plunged. We ALWAYS leave the black tank closed unless it needs to be drained avoiding the dreaded dry pyramid from hell poop teepee.
I have noticed that using a LOT of water seems to help.
I bought one of these rotary sprayers at WalMart you stick down the toilet into the black tank but have yet to use it.
We did not have this issue until recently, design flaw?

If you keep clogging up it probably is due to one of two things. Not enough water or to much TP. Quit using so much TP or better yet quit putting it into the bowl. Get a small trash can with small trash bag liner and throw TP out with the trash. Good luck.

Safe travels

Enjoy the journey

I have had to actually snake the drain, it seems to make a 90 degree turn toward the passenger side rear wheel under the toilet. I thought that the black tank was directly under the toilet.
Still plunging, we did not have this problem on our 6 month across country tour. Only after we put the coach up for storage.
I have put more bio cleaners in there than Wal-Mart has to sell.
