2020 Cruise America Winnebago purchase

Hello,
I've recently purchased a used RV from Cruise America, and so far it's been a great rig. We're 2 months into it and I've been trying to track down any info I can on the Winnebago portion of this RV. I haven't been having any luck finding plumbing or wiring diagrams on it and I'm beginning to wonder if 'former rental RV' owners are just out of luck that way. I've reached out to Winnebago a couple of times and get nothing back. I've got all the info my heart desires on the 2019 Ford E450 chassis, but nothing on the coach itself, other than what I can see.

I'm hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this for me. The build tag inside the door calls it a 2020 Winnebago WF328QR.

Thank you much, in advance!

At the risk of doing Capn Obvious's job... what did Winnie say when you called? They're usually pretty good with help.

Geeze, you must be older than me.
I just highlighted your rig # and hit search:
All the info you could ask for, except if the owners' wife is hot...

Originally, I got radio silence. Late last night though, I hit up Winnebago directly again and got a response this morning! Links to actual build diagrams of my exact rig! Overjoyed this morning!

That would be nice to see! Everytime I searched for Minnie Winnie WF328QR, it would point me to Cruise America listings or reviews. Obviously, Winnebago would have a link in there but no diagrams through their 'owners' webpage.

I see what you are saying, Winnebago made these under contract for CA’s rental fleet and thus no consumer support. The 26T is going to be similar in size, you might be able to figure out some of the plumbing from that.

The electrical is not going to be easy but the good news is they don’t load up rentals with slides and lots of gadgetry so there is less components and wire to trace if something goes bad. A multimeter and electrical circuit tracer with a toner will make your life easier

I actually took another shot at contacting Winnebago again and it paid off! After no response to my first 2 queries, I had an email this morning with links to the diagrams that I needed! The exact layout and everything! Overjoyed!! Thank you!
