In your price range and similar to the 28Z are the Winnebago Minnie Winnies. We have one and love it, so I'm certainly a bit biased.

They don't have all the super fancy bells and whistles, but are very nice and well put together. We've had very, very few issues in four years of owning a 26A (that model is no longer made, unfortunately). We couldn't be happier with our decision to go Winnebago. I wasn't comfortable with Thor personally, but there are plenty of satisfied owners out there.

Best of luck in your search.

That is why I haven't purchased yet. I am hoping newer models will have the regular sized bed. My hubby is almost 6'2", his feet will hang off the bed. How much more do I have to spend? Even the models that are 130,000. don't have the longer bed, crazy
