We are looking at this motorhome, and thinking of buying. We’ve never owned a Thor Four Winds before, though we have owned two tent trailers, and two travel trailers. The model, a bunkhouse, fits that’s what we’re looking for

Agree with defeedme. This size RV is a bit much for that light duty class C chassis. You will likely be against weight limitations and find yourself investing in ride and handling upgrades.

Probably not much freeboard (carrying capacity) with that design. But with careful management of what everyone brings aboard, keeping waste tanks at minimum and 1/2 tank of water. it could likely be successfully managed.
I like class A’s and generally prefer them. We now own a class c almost the same size. For us the class C with the overhead bunk is a much more efficient use of space and more convenience IMO.
Thor doesn’t enjoy the greatest reputation for quality in the USA. If serious about buying, you might want to consider hiring an inspector to look at it before you buy.
