2023 Thor Geneva 22va Inside Door Handle

Wife and I picked up our new Geneva 22va. We had an issue with the door not locking properly. I thought it was due to not being exactly level. This morning why getting ready to leave rv site. The internal door handle just came off. It does not look broken, like it just came out of some other piece.

Here are a couple of pics. I've looked through all my manuals online and cannot find out who manufactures the lock. I will call the service on Monday, simply curious if anyone has seen this happen before? Or any ideas how to get the handle back in place.

Thanks
Amado Aguilar

At first glance, it looked like there was a groove for a snap ring. But looking closer, doesn't look like there's much of a groove.
