I don't have a rattle but I do have squeal at about 60mph on my V10 that I know is the belt. I just got the pulley and tensioner in yesterday and am going to install them and a new belt this weekend.

Those aren't pulley grooves, they are the grooves in the back side of the belt.

Sorry, F4Gary, hate to be a thorn, but I DISAGREE, and I am referring to PIC in post 34, there are definitely TWO GROOVES IN PULLEY not covered by Belt, and if belt is moved over to them, (further forward, away from block) his belt will PROPERLY align with IDLER. PLEASE LOOK AT 34 AGAIN

The pic in #34 shows the front and back of the belt there is no pulley in the picture. See post #37.
