I have a 2013 freelander 31DS. The entry steps are built in and on the inside. I know I can build a step or buy the little platforms. what I am wondering is, can I add electric steps? At the door there is a 2" dropdown, so I was wondering if this will create a problem. I will do the work myself, but I don't want to open a can of worms that can't be closed.

We have a 2013 28QB on the Chev 4500. I have looked for an electric step without success. Hopefully someone else has had better luck.
Here is what I did, but will change if a better solution is found.
