Black tank flush issue

I used my tank flush twice with no problems, but we just got back from our third outing in our new class c and the tank flush was a disaster. I dumped my black tank then turned on my tank flush, I noticed water gushing out from underneath my rv around the Grey tank. I also had water in my bedroom that looked to come from underneath the shower. There was hardly anything in my Grey tank because I had dumped it the night before. I thought my Grey tank was overflowing so I turned off the tank flush and dumped the Grey tank but very little came out. Does anyone have any ideas what could have went wrong?

Vacuum breaker is likely leaking.

Usually mounted inside a vanity cabinet.

The hose from the tank flush to the tank came loose.

I believe the black tank flush has a vacuum breaker inline. It could be located under a sink, or I suppose, just about anywhere in between the outside connection and the tank. Sometimes they don't seal like they're supposed to when water pressure is applied and allow water to escape. Can certainly make a mess if it does it.

Could also be a loose connection or pex malfunction.

Won't try to tell anyone how to do it but,, I have never and don't ever intend on ever using a black tank flush. Have never found a need to do so.

Look for one of these.......could be clear plastic or even brass (black plastic common)
That is the Anti-siphon vacuum breaker check valve device

RV Flush System

Water supply goes into bottom of device and pushes a disc/flapper up closing off the air slots in top cap then flows out the side to nozzle in tank

Water turned off disc/flapper drop down opening the air slots breaking vacuum and allowing water to drain back into tank

If disc/flapper doesn't close off the air slots water pours out of them flooding the RV

So I took my rv back to general rv and sure enough it's the vacuum breaker. The bad news is, the vacuum breaker is in my wall so it's going to be a 6 to 8 hour job. Don't why they thought that would be a good place for one.
