Bulge in interior walls

Hi
I heard this was the friendliest RV forum out there! So here we are!

We have a 2005 Fleetwood Tioga 31 foot Class C RV. We have a couple of places inside that have a bulge in an interior wall, like the luan has separated from the wall. Pretty sure it's from water damage, but hoping for advice in repairing once we cut it away and take a look. Thankfully no bulging on the outside walls of the RV, seems to be all interior.

In the bathroom under the vanity mirror, you can push it in, like it was fitted incorrectly upon installation or maybe heat and humidity caused it to expand.
The other place is on the back wall in bed room, you can feel a sponginess in the wall.

Any body had this problem before?

Fix the source of the water leak first. Hopefully the damage is cosmetic. When we bought our Mirada several years ago, we got a steal on it because everyone else that looked at it, seen the damage,, and wanted noting to do with it.

When we looked at it, the damage was cosmetic, and easy to repair, but we got the MH for almost 1/2 what they were asking.

Here is a short article on how I fixed the damage.

Thank you, we hope so. We had really bad leak while camping last week, lots of rain and water came in soaking our carpet under the bedroom slide out. Dried that out real good by running a fan and heater, and the fixed the leak. Bad seal around toilet vent.

Planning on replacing carpet anyway with maybe cork floors.
