Captains chairs in 1974-79 Winnebago?

Does anyone out there think it is feasible to replace the stock seats with captains chairs in 1974-1979 Winnebago Minnie Winnie (class C Dodge MB300).
I have a chance to pick up really nice driver and passenger captains chairs from a later-year Dodge.
I measured and found they would bolt in just fine (with addition of 2 holes), but since the seats are in kind of a pocket, I am not sure they will swivel enough to make it worth while.
Any Ideas?
I need some help on this one.
Thanks
