I'm sorry you are having issues with your motorhome. I hope you get them worked out. I have a question for you, what is a 5 star tune that you mentioned. I'm curious to know. In the spring when I de-winterize I am having my front end aligned and one of those steering stabilizers installed. I'm still fairly new to rving myself and only have about 7,000 miles on the rig.

5 star tuning is up dating the computer. mine was searching for gears all the time.. when it got within 100yds. hrom a hill or over pass it would drop 2 gears and screem like hell about 3500 or 4000 rpm. with the 5 star tune it doesnt do that any more. i can use my cruse way more now and the motor is much quieter now. picked up 1 mpg. so iam a happy camper.
read about it at 5startuning.com or call them they are great people ask for mike

I'll jump in before all of the "I've never been inside of Thor coach, but I hate them" posters arrive.... We had a 2017 Quantum that was nearly flawless in the 2.75 years that we had it. As to the 5 Star tune, Thor has absolutely nothing to do with the driveability and computer settings in the drive line.

The 5 Star tune has been discussed over 10K (yes, ten THOUSAND) times. If you go to the Ford chassis forum, there are probably no less that 10-15 active threads at any time. https://www.google.com/search?q=%225...earch=irv2.com

i must have got a friday coach or a new employee because as i said i am the second owner. it had 6800 miles on the chassie when i got it and the inside looked very good.
we have had it for 2 years now and because of sickness havent used it much. iam fixing loose everything and water leeks under the cabnits the tv came loose from the wall just to name a few its a good thing i can fix almost anything and have a good parts supply house. i think i have all the fresh water leeks fixed... as for the 5 star tuning i never drove anything with a V10 and the 5 star tune made it very driveable and you are correct thor didnt do that. thank you for the reply
