Circuit boards for fan-tactic roof vents

My 2020 renegade Verona roof vents both quit working within two weeks apart. I traced the problem to the circuit boards. The problem I’m having is trying to find out which model fan-tactic fan I have. The id labels on both units have come off and Dometic and renegade can’t help me without a model number. I’m the original owner and the vents are the original units. Power open and close three speed fan with rain sensor. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it and I wouldn’t have to buy two new complete units.

Model # is on motor label. My fans are 1999 year fans and motor stickers are in good shape, your 2020 should still be readable.
FanTastic fans have a 7 yr warranty on everything.

Thanks for the advice, you’re correct about the motor number being there. But Dometic told me that number wasn’t the model number for the vent assembly but for the fan motor.

You could try asking in the Renegade owners forum on this site.

Humm; My model# begins with the year it was made and is on the motor label.
Your fan was made after Lippert bought Dometic bought FanTastic Fan, so must be different labeling now.
