Class C inverter

Hello. I have a 2004 Jayco class c motor home. It has an inverter. I can see the green light on it is lit up so I assume that means it is on. My problem is none of the receptacles seem to be hot. Are there only certain receptacles that are hooked up to the inverter? Near the tv area, there is a gang of 4 receptacles. I was thinking these might be the ones that should be energized. Any help? thanks

I could be only for the fridge, if it's a 'residential' 120v type, otherwise, yes, it's probably only for a few outlets.

Check the refrigerator if it is a 3-way to see if it runs on 120. Normally not all outlets are connected. There could also be outlets that are connected to the GFCI in the kitchen and bath and it is tripped.

Typically Jayco only equipped their earlier motorhomes with smaller inverters such as 400 watts and only wired the front entertainment center to it.

We found on ours there were also empty outlet plugs and we ran an extension cord from there to the bedroom TV since the inverter itself was stashed behind the cabinets on the floor below.

If you can't find any outlets energized you might check the reset button on the front of the inverter.
