We traveled all over the East coast with our old Class C. There were very few places we could not reach with it. We enjoyed the flexibility it afforded us. Now that we are readying our Class A for its first journey, a toad will probably be necessary. We are travelers though, not campers.

I like that distinction; it fits my mindset as well.

We have gone to Canada, out to PEI and all of NS without a toad and had no problems with parking. We visited everything we wanted to see. Last week we went to a state park 150 miles away and took the car. The park was 20 miles from everywhere and there were things that we wanted to do w/o using the rig.

We also downsized from a big rig with all the bells and whistles. Hubby was tired of the maintenance and we are no longer traveling as much as we did before. As far as casinos, we have boondocked at many over the years, some have regular RV parks , but mostly you just park out on the lot, some provide a cart service to take you in to the building. Good Luck
