We owned a 2005 CH 27' for 5 years. In general we were satisfied, however, we didn't think the interior fit and finish was as high quality as the one-piece shell. The biggest complaint we had was the lack of outside storage. We added a hitch-mounted storage container made by Thule and that was a big improvement. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

hello roundabout2 or anyone else wanting to know about Coach House units. We have a 2005 CH 23' just for the two of us. On a Ford E450 chassis with a V10 engine makes for a great round-robin drive across the continent twice each year! It is especially made for the cold weather routes. Being a 23'-er, it fits in the shortest places at the RV sites and wilderness parks. It has some outside storage but a hitch-carrier is easier for stuff! Anyone have one of these units here? Tom and Rho.

we had a 2004 23 ft and drove it for 9 years with very little trouble. It still looked like new when we traded it in for a 2013 26 ft Queen dinette. Obviously we are very happy with Coach House. They are one of the few mfg that will make modifications for you.
