Coachhouse?

Any advice, thoughts or suggestions? DW and I are looking to downsize from our current class A to a B+\C. Really like the build design of the Coachhouse. Any thoughts or advice appreciated.

ID:	182346I don't like is the fold out bed in the slide out. I wish I had a corner bed instead. What chassis are you looking at because I'm looking at the CH for my second MH. 24 ft is just a bit too small. Maybe 27 or 28 ft next time.

Coachhouse?

We have a CH 2013 261 QD This is our 2nd CH and have been extremely pleased with their customer support and quality. We like the QD model because you get a full size queen sofa bed that can be left made up, you only have to unfold. The bed is very comfortable and with this model you get a full size bath and a kitchen with lots of counter space. If you want more thoughts/info PM with your phone number and what time zone you are in and will be happy to answer any questions.

CH Platinum

Love it! I have a 2017 23 foot and I'm a single. Bed is comfy and huge. Lots of storage inside. All systems are high end. Well built. Good warranty. Custom plan it! I did it all by phone and email. Very happy with my choice.

Coachhouse 2003 Platinum 270 XL owner for 14 years, here. Love it! Imagine being able to call the factory and speak to the folks who built your unit if you have a question!

Well, I went and did it! Pulled the trigger yesterday on a new Coachhouse. Ordered the 272XL FR. Wife and I have been contemplating this move for over a year. I guess the folks at Coachhouse are a little busy these days as we won't take delivery until June. Was hoping to see it sooner but, as the saying goes...good things are worth waiting for! Thanks for the advice and encouragement to all.

Look at Phoenix Cruiser, Phoenix Cruiser - Affordable Luxury Class B+ Motorhome. I like how they utilize the wasted space in the back mask for spare tire and provide a shallow storage compartment. They also make custom changes. I don't know what size your down sizing to but the offer ford chassiss and MB Sprinter chassis models. I like the 2252 and 2910d. I have been recently considering upsizing a bit from my MB Sprinter rv.

What's the floor plan? I think my 24 footer is just a little bit too small for me now. I know it's only been two years but I think I want to upgrade

DoC808, we went with the 272xl with the two front recliners and the extended galley. They show some good pics and video on their website

Why did you select the 272 vs. the 261 with the larger bath?
