If gas mileage matters look for a E350 chassis (numerically lower rear axle ratio vs the E450). Ours averages 11mpg. Phoenix USA RV is a botique low volume, high quality coach builder in Elkhart Indiana. The model 2350 went out of production 4 or 5 years ago, but the Phoenix Cruiser design and. The biggest downside of the Ford is that your left foot will be resting on top of the wheel well.
Ditto!

17 years so far with our PC-2350 (with no slide-out) and all remains well. Buying it back in 2007 was one of our better investments. Today, buying a brand new one, I admit the prices being so inflated has me perplexed. BUT, so are all other brands. It didn't seen long ago, you could buy a brand new entry level Coachman Freelander 23QB for $45,000.

I have owned 2 ford e450. No problems. Tow hall really helps on inclines and down hill. Can’t speak to any other.
