Coachmen Leprechaun 319DS question

Good evening everyone. I am getting closer to making my decision. Went to the dealer this afternoon, spent an hour and half looking over the Leprechaun 319DS. Really like it. I want a rig with winter protection, we like to winter camp. I see in the brochure that one of the options is tank pad heaters. Good. BUT the dump valves are not in an enclosed space. BIG PROBLEM. Does any 319DS owner have an option were the dump valves are in a heated enclosed space. I didn't think of this until I got home and started going over what I had looked at. It was to late to call the dealer they are closed.
My '03 Gulf Stream dump valves are in an heated enclosed space.
Thanks for any info.
Life is a trip, ENJOY the ride.

Leprechaun 319DS

All Dump valves on this and most Class C do not have either Gray or Black in a heated Basement. The "Campin Cozy" package does have 12V heater Pads on both Gray and Black Tanks. Fresh water is interior under the Bed so it is in heated area.
I am speaking about a 2012 now With "Campin Cozy" package so 2015s may have some change here. MY Gray and Black have TWO valves on each. One at the tank to keep the tubing empty of Liquids. The second is closer to the outlet so in warmer weather where you may close then open each day to empty they are easy to reach. The two located at the tanks are more of a reach especially the Gray Tank. Could easily add valves with cables so the handles were mounted by access door if you wanted them handier. Mine is a 2012 but only change I've noticed looking at newer units is a change to Gray Tank (by eliminating Spare tire well which is below floor in the rear storage on mine) making the dump tube a little higher from road service than mine. (My Gray tank is somewhat lower than the 2015s I've looked at.)
Have cold weather camped below freezing several times with NO issues except I have never purchased a heated hose so always had to disconnect and drain hose to prevent frozen water hose problems that I saw other campers having. Double pane windows are great compared to past trailer with single pain. Do not have the condensation issues I had with trailer. Have enjoyed ours with exception of missing my past Diesel truck for in the mountains. V10 does well even with a Towed but still is not a Turbocharged Diesel. Would like to switch back to Truck & Trailer this or next year.
Not sure if I helped at all since there is always changes possible each model year.

Hi Pathfinder 75. Thanks for the reply. I passed on the Leprechaun. We could not agree on a price. We were to far apart.
At the same time I was looking at a Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31W. I just signed the papers on the Chaateau yeaterday. I am happy with the deal I was able to get. We take delivery next somewhere around the 9th. Having an option installed and have to wait for the parts to arrive.
I am a very happy camper.
Life is a trip,ENJOY the ride.

Hi JohnH. I did not purchase the Leprechaun. We were so far apart on price. Way far apart. Plus it didn't have some things that I consider must haves. At the same time I was looking at a 2015 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31W. I was able to get a comfortable for me. With the must haves already on it. I will take delivery sometime after the 9th. Having an option installed, plus I am going on a long weekend camping trip, just not enought time for the dealer to get the parts in and for me to swithch from my stuff from the current to the new coach. So I elected to teke delivery later. Certainly don't want to be rushed.
Life is a trip, ENJOY the ride.
Safe Travels.
