coleman roadtrip table top grill

has anyone done baby back ribs on this grill?? this grill does not have a thermometer gage so its a concern to keep temp around 250 degrees.

I used one for everything. Never used a thermometer, justbl the hand test. For low and slow, I'd just put it in the lowest setting and resist the temptation to look. There are remote temperature probes that you can use. I cook more by the "seems about right" method.

Our Class C came with that grill from the previous owner. Too big for our needs on the road. we used it once at home to slow cook pork chops, Worked very well using one burner and plugging two of the vents with foil. Sold it when we were purging to go fulltime.
