Compartment separation

Does anyone have any experience with having a side compartment separating?

I noticed a slight buckle in a rear compartment. When I got under to look it over, I discovered the bottom lip had pulled away. There were 3 small stews that held it in place. The sandwich sidewall does not seem to lend itself to bigger screws without drilling through the sidewall to the face side.

In advance -- it was not over loaded. The dealer agrees and has scheduled a warranty repair for 2 weeks from now.

Any thoughts?
