Dangling wires

Have a 2006 Chevy Ultra SE.
Found 5 wired hanging down in the area by where the enterance step is.
Looks like a box was mounter on the frame, but now just the holes. The wires, two strands, one has two white wires, other cable has three wires. Two white and one heavy green wire.
Both of them go over the top of the exhaust heat shield, and come out near some box that has what looks like heavy (maybe #4 wires) that is just under where the pedistal power plug is.
Of coures, I have no manuals, as the previous owner threw them all out.
Does anybody know where I can find some wiring info on this camper?

Doing a quick search, it seems that a "2006 Chevy Ultra SE" is a Gulf Stream product. While their support for older Class A RVs is rather scarce, you might get help if you contact them. What things don't work with these wires not being connected?

Removed power panel, saw Fuse for steps. So, guess it had them, but removed. But see no place to mount steps. Strange.
Not sure why they just left the cut wires dangeling. It makes sense that is what the wires are for.
