Did I miss something in Class C RVs

We want to replace our Minnie Winnie 22R. Our mandatory requirements are:

1) Full time walk around queen bed, probably on a slide
2) NOT a Sprinter Chassis, probably a Ford E 450 chassis
3) Comfortable lounge seating, meaning not straight backed dinette seats, could be either a dinette or sofa
4) Have sleeping for a third adult or two younger kids, like grandkids
5) Must be under 28 feet in length

We know that the Coach House 272XL and Phoenix Cruiser 2351D meet all of these requirements. Does anyone know of another make/model that also meets all of our mandatory requirements?

We have the Phoenix Cruiser 2351D and absolutely love it. But a word of note, the walk around bed is tight. You can walk around or should I say squeeze by but it is doable. Wouldn't have any other.
The solid built coach is surpassed only by the customer service and the company's attention to detail.

What’s wrong with the sprinter chassis?

Hi, just curious why you specified not the Sprinter chassis? Are you looking at gas or diesel? Thanks (owner of a view on a sprinter chassis)

We have the Entegra Esteem 26D. Ford e-450. Tight walk around bed. Good storage. Rated to tow 7500 lbs. Instead of a sofa we have the love seat with 2 recliners.

We first drove a Sprinter Class c and did not buy because: no dealers within 200 miles, low tow rating, little storage and no oven.

Friend of mine ordered a Sprint based Class C but backed out of the deal (losing some money ) after he researched & found out how screwed up the Mercedes diesel can get if he got stuck using bio-diesel in some states , like Illinois . Mercedes won't honor warranty if bio-diesel had been used . He then bought a Class C w / E-450 V-10 .

Oh, my 22R a nightmare too.
Can't wait to go to AK, then get rid of it. But my 41' DP is just the opposite.

Yeah ... I agree.

Our no-longer-available slideless E450 based 24V Itasca 24 ft. Class C has a dinette with comfortable padding that can be quickly converted into a full size bed, in addition to the coach's two queen beds. A pleasant lounge chair that swivels and slides for good positioning is also included right behind the passenger seat.

We prefer no longer than a 24 footer for ease of use off-highway and in just about any private or public campground space.

It's too bad that Winnebago's slideless 22R isn't a slideless 24R - that includes both a lounge chair and a choice of dinette style.

First I understand that there are many happy owners of Sprinter based RVs, power to them. My exclusion of the Sprinter for our purposes is 1) low OCCC rating compared to the E 450 chassis and 2) difficulty of finding service in our home base area and many areas of the west where we travel. The biodiesel issue is also an issue. Biodiesel is a way of life in some areas.

We omitted the E450 based Itasca 24V because of the corner bed. My #1 gripe about the 22R.
